The lead mover, Carl, did a great job explaining all the policies of 2 Men & Truck when reviewing the contract at the beginning and at the end with the billing. He was a little gruff at times, but I don't necessarily expect someone who moves furniture for a living to have phenominal social and communication skills. Carl seemed frustrated at the underestimation of the time needed for the move by Rachel. Both Carl and Corry worked very hard all day and I was very appreciative that the job was done within my time constraints.

Becca was great to work with to set up the move. The movers were fantastic: Rich R, Greg, De Andrew, and Manuel M. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend your company again. My only suggestion is that it is difficult to connect with the office staff because your phones are so busy and you need to leave a message. I recommended your service to my neighbors and they had to call four times. It took be three calls to reach Becca.

I was told by customer service that I would be given 4 wardrobe boxes for the move. When I asked the movers for the boxes, only then was I informed that these boxes were only for temporary use and not mine to keep and use at my convenience. I feel I was mislead. I planned to move all my clothes using these boxes later that night. I needed to make difference arrangements at that time, which was very stressful. Customer service she make it clear that these boxes need to be retured by the end of the moved.

First off Becca was amazing from the very beginning and Rich, Alberto and James were absolutely the very very BEST!!!!! Those guys went above and beyond to make our move as painless as possible! Very polite and just an absolute joy! Two Men and a Truck should be very proud to have employees like these people. I never want to move again but I will refer everyone I know to your company! I have already posted a facebook post saying how great you are!!!! Thanks for Everything!

The 2 young gentlemen were WONDERFUL. They did and excellent job, were polite, and professional. Hats off to them. Also, Becca (I think that was her name)in the office was FANTASTIC! She represents you well!

They were quick and efficient, however sometimes they carried a lot of things at once and weren't as careful as I would have liked.

I was very pleased with my service with two men and a truck. The movers arrived within the estimated time and the move itself took less time then expected. The movers were VERY careful with our belongings and showed nothing less of a professional attitude. I would highly recommend two men and a truck to anyone looking for a great moving experience.

Two Men and A Truck far exceeded all my expectations. Your company and its employees played a major role in helping to make the 2012 March for Babies event in Madison, Wisconsin a success. From the engaging, pleasant and informative pre-event scheduling, to the two guys that efficiently loaded and unloaded on Friday afternoon and Monday morning, my experience could not have been more positve. They were curteous, knowledgeable and extremely flexible. The most surprising and truly remarkable part of our experience, however, occurred on Saturday during our event just off the Capitol Square. Rich Russell not lonely loaded and unloaded the truck and ensured items were set up -- he was the most amazing volunteer we could ever have asked for during the event. He helped place banners, worked the food tent, schlepped garbage, etc. -- he never missed a bit. He worked so hard and always had a smile on his face. What an incredible young man! Thank you so much, for everything. I would recommend Two Men and A Truck to any company or private citizen. You should be very proud of your employees!

The moving men were friendly, fast, competent and gave me the feeling
that they knew exactly what they were doing. I would definitely use Two
Men and a Truck again and would assuredly refer the company to anyone I
knew who was moving. Also, Becca is a definite asset on the phone.

My move involved books that were already packed. There was no reason to mention that TMT sold boxes or for me to buy any boxes. The two men were dressed just fine, but I would not say they were wearing uniforms.

I have filled out this survey once before for this move and tried to submit it two times, but I was suspicious that it did not work. Hopefully it will work this time.

This is the 3rd time we have used your service. The workers were not very aggressive this time. It was not a good experience and the most costly move with the least amount of furniture to move.

A more thorough estimate would have been appreciated. Since we had to make 2 trips, everyone was exhausted by the end of the day (especially the crew, I am sure). However, there were many small things left behind that we ended up going back to get, a chip off of the expensive desk, and a broken bed-rail. I feel these things could have been handled better.

I am still waiting to hear back from your company about damage to our property and the fact that the move was not completed and the price was over double what was quoted. The three boys who moved our pproperty were lazy, slow, inexperienced and rediculous regarding how they computed their time. They left supplies at both properties and did not reposition shelves in our breakfront or put lamps back together. They charged $162 dollars and an hour travel time for a 15 minute ride. The whole situation was outrageousl These employees should be fired and this situation should be remedied.

The office estimated 3.5 - 4 hours. Ended up being 8! The service was great - Deante and Karl were excellent and nice - but from 4-8 made my budget get crazy... :( Also, they charged the wrong credit card - which made things bad with my soon to be ex. BUT, they did dent the wall and you were proactive about getting it fixed... so, thank you! Overall, a good experience!

Though 2 Men and a truck are more expensive. You get what you pay for. We have used them a couple of times and both times the guys were basically "on the run". They did a good job in getting the job done quickly, yet efficiently. Gary and De were very social and upbeat. We really enjoyed them. They put boxes and furniture where we ask. They did a great job. Thanks!!!

My furniture and household items were put in storage. Some items were unwrapped. This seemed unnecessary to me. Also, I had the original box from a tv, and gave it to the movers, who did not use it. They wrapped the tv, and then unwrapped it before leaving it in the storage unit. I would have preferred that it had been placed in the box and left in the box.

Becka was our contact on the phone and she was delightful. Very helpful in explaining everything, SLOWLY, for my dear, sweet Mom. Abdul and D were our movers. We hired them to pick up furniture @ my Mom's, and bring it to my house. They were also delightful! Friendly and smiley.I was impressed with the way they took care of my stuff. They even hung a moving blanket over my front door so it wouldn't get scratched. Plus I think they thought I was funny, so that's always good. Very impressed with our service from you, will hire again!!! Thank you Becka, Abdul, and D.

I was taken by great surprise when the movers showed up and thought they were only going to move a bed and a treadmill - I had stated I needed to move from one address to annother. Then the price was double, and I had no way to back out as it was moving day, and I had told my landlord I would be out - I was in deep shock and could not do anything about it - the mover said "it happens all the time!" What?!?!? I cannot believe the miscommunication - it was a horrible day - and then they didn't have enough room in the truck to move all my things - so for $800 I still had to move things myself and ask others for help - this is totally unacceptable - I would NEVER recommend Two Men and A Truck - and you can believe I will be telling everyone I know about my experience!!!!!

I was completely satisfied with Two Men and a Truck! The gentlemen that moved my furniture were very professional, but extremely friendly. I couldn't believe how fast they were, which I appreciated since I was really watching my dollars during this move. Your company will be highly recommended by me to friends and family. The guys were wonderful and worked hard all day long. I don't know how they did it - I was tired and I didn't have to lift all the heavy furniture. The took great care of all our antiques and treasures!

We have previously used Two Men and a Truck and were very happy with the service. This time the move was relatively simple (only large furniture, everything was shrink-wrapped and padded with moving blankets, the move was only three blocks). The movers damaged the building we were moving out of, tried to charge us for an extra hour, and charged us for time during which they were filling out damage reports and taking photos of the damage. They also damaged our furniture. Overall, the move has required us to spend a relatively large amount of time dealing with logistics from all the problems the movers caused. While no one error during the move was a deal breaker, the accumulation of all the errors left us disappointed that we selected Two Men and a Truck.

The movers forgot the supports to my bed at the old home and I had to go back to get them...a 40 minute round trip. I hired 3 workers, but it seems that only 2 actually did the moving. They left a sweatshirt and cap at our old home. Just little annoyances - although having to retrieve the supports was a major annoyance - that added up to be a so-so experience.

It might be helpful if the company was aware of any major events going on in the area to plan alternate routes to avoid traffic. My moving truck got stuck on a highway exit for 45 minutes adding an extra hour of move time and more money out of my pocket. I had forgotten about the event as well and was stuck in the same traffic but there were definitely alternate routes available that would have allowed the move to completed in a timely manner.

The world no.1, WOSRT service ever!!! I am still angry with that horrible work attitude and totally it was unacceptable.
They set up two moving works in my building at the same time scedule.If I knew that someone in my building had plan to use your service at same day,and same time, I would change my moving day. They shared elevator and our two lazy movers looked so torpid and no incentive to work. So they took over 5 hours with such small moving. One worker said it would be hour early if there were only one moving at the building at that time. But was it really only because of that reason?
I was watching the whole work process and I sure can tell that never can be told "SERVICE"and I kept thinking "should I pay for THIS later??"
Eventually, We got horrible memorise at happy moving day and totally RIPPED OFF! I WILL NOT use your service ever in my life and I will tell everyperson I know my expericence so they could avoid disaster.

I was very impressed with the movers. I really do not feel 96 hours is enough time to file a claim if I need to. Unpacking takes a week or two. The movers were professional and had a great attitude. I really worked them but rewarded them with $100 tip each. Great job and I would recommend this company to others.

This was a very peasing experience all around. I went in to storage and mentioned to the guys that I would love if they were the same crew on June 1st when I need to go from storage to the permanent home.
